Subject: Regarding proposed changes to reduced filing times 
 
I support the change from 45 days to 30 days.  Access to info 
is key and having that information in a timely matter should 
restore more confidence in the markets.  My only concern is 
the number of companies that will be late filers.  The use of 
IR web sites is an excellent idea.
