The short notice given to the public I believe is not appropriate as it does not give sufficient amount of time for the individuals and firms that would be affected by your proposed changes as noted in File No. S7-06-04 to respond. Thus, I respectfully request you postpone taking action on this matter and setting a new dateline which would give the affected individuals and firms time to comment on these issues which have serious impact on the affected individuals and firms.
