Please extend the deadline for S7-06-04for a minimum of 30 additional days. Surely more than 21 days notice is a minimum to receive input from those most affected. This is not an objection to the idea of better disclosure. It must however be required in a manner the cost of which does not eliminate the ability to stay in business Thank you
