I am a financial professional with MetLife Financial Services. I am responding to the proposed ruling that clients must be given a one page disclosure stating cost and fees for mutual funds and variable products. We are already required to give them a prospectus containing these costs and fees. I am highly in favor of disclosure, but this purposed ruling seems to be repetitive and more burdensome to clients who are already bombarded with an overwelming amount of paperwork. Putting these costs and fees in the forefront would lend to clients considering investments based fees alone and not on the benefits of the overall investment. Please consider not adopting this ruling.

Thank You
Mel Robert
