I respectfully request you grant an extension of at least 30 days for comments to be received regarding File number S7-06-04.
These proposed new rules will be so extremely burdensome and costly for my broker/dealer to comply with that it may significantly narrow the range of covered securities it will approve for sale.
My clients want and expect me to offer a wide range of securities and the passage of these rules could be counter productive to that end. More time is needed to comment.
Please grant an extension of time to comment.
