Finally.

The SEC is going to force the salespeople of financial products to explain, discuss and justify expenses, instead of shoving the prospectus into the hands of the consumer and saying all expenses have been disclosed.

And to require the presentation of the forms two times (prior to purchase and upon confirmation of the purchase) is just the ticket!

Forget about the argument of "counter to the simplification of the content of prospectuses."

The honest broker/dealer/salesperson will applaud this move.

It's about time.
