Speaking as an individual mutual fund investor, the forms you propose would be generally useful to people like me. Somewhere either on the proposed point of sale form or confirmation form the sales-cost comparison between A and B class shares should be shown in easy to read format if both classes of the shares are offerred. Either that or the customer should receive two sets of forms, one for A shares and one for B shares with letters or numbers for the various sections the same so there can be ready comparison. J.O.
