We are in favor of the new investment company guidelines for mutual fund 
companies and the sale of fund shares which as been proposed by the SEC.
We are especially interested in having the costs of buying fund shares 
expressed in dollars and as a percentage of the amount invested. 

Thank you for working on this matter.  We hope that consumers will be 
protected in the future from the unfortunate events that have occurred 
recently.
