To whom it may concern,
I am writing this to inform you I am opposed to the disclosure requirements contained in the SEC's proposal with the sale of a mutual fund or variable product. The recent steps taken by the SEC already simplify this issue and the contents shared with the consumer.
Again, I urge the NASD to withdraw this proposed rule.
