RE: New Confirmation and Point of Sale Disclosure Requirements
I am all for the SEC proposed new investment company guidelines for mutual 
fund companies and the sale of fund shares.
However, very importantly, there must be put in place a method of strict 
enforcement and significant penalties if these rules are breached.
