I understand that the above captioned proposal eliminates the Financial Data 
Schedule (FDS). I am concerned about this, because I utilize the FDS as a 
basis for analyzing the 10-K filings as both a MBA student and a finance 
professional. 
     
In particular I am a Spredgar Software customer.  The SPREDGAR Excel add-in 
enables me to easily calculate useful financial ratios and cash flows to 
consistently compare results across companies and across years. 
     
Please reconsider this proposal, as it will have an impact on my studies and 
my workplace.
