I read the proposed changes to EDGAR.
     
I object to discontinuing the electronic filing requirements for financial data 
schedules (FDS). We use these data in our invesment analyses. This feature is 
useful and helpful.
     
I believe the removal of this filing requirement may be detrimental to my firm 
and my clients.
