Complete, clear, concise, and understandable executive compensation is a MUCH NEEDED regulation.
Investors like myself have a right to know how much a corporation is paying its top executives. It should not be our job to have to hire an accountant to figure this out.
"Full and complete disclosure" should be a "no-brainer"
