SEC Chairman Christopher Cox Dear [ SEC Commissioners ], I am writing to urge the Securities and Exchange Commission to act on its proposed rule making on executive compensation disclosure. We need better accountability as a minimum. As a union member, I know how difficult it is to watch the compensation of executives regardless of the corporation's success when I see my pay or the layoff list!
