Securities and Exchange Commission

Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

The average hotel housekeeper, gardener, migrant worker does more and harder work than any CEO, yet they all live at or below the poverty level. There is no need for this. America has been called the Land of Opportunity; that may have been true once, but the proof is sadly lacking these days. Therefore, it is mandatory that all these CEO's be forced to declare truthfully the full amount of their golden parachutes. What each one receives each year in retirement could lift a dozen families out of poverty by giving them a living wage, thus reducing the tax burden on the rest of us.

Sincerely,
