Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,
Please do act on the proposal to require full disclosurfe on executive compensation. As a shareholder I am surprised at how the advances reported in the stock market are not reflected in my shares. As an employee I want to know the pay differential between myself and the top executives.
This information should be easily available, as should the bottom pay and benefits for each company.
I hope you will futher require companies to disclose both the performance criteria and the performance targets used in executive pay pachages.
