Without shareholder resolutions to help stop expensive executive fees and put a mutual fund back on track with its stated goals, they will tend to be ignored and the management firms will act in an anti-capitalist manner, rewarding themselves instead of their owners. As someone with about $100,000 in mutual funds, this is a very important issue to me. I don't get to vote on who provides the accounting, I don't get to approve excessive executive pay over $1 million, and I don't get to vote against the board members who FAIL to do the jobs I pay them for. Sincerely, William Affleck-Asch Seattle
