To Whom It May Concern:

I recently learned that the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued a judgment in favor of those who want more control over their funds instead of ceding that control to shareholders. Apparently the court found that the SEC didn’t issue its rule according to SEC rules. I am very disappointed to hear about this decision since it means that I'll have even less say in how my money is invested and what fees are paid. I encourage you to re-instate the independent board member rule as soon as possible. If the investing public can't count on you to look out for our best interests, who can we trust?
