I strongly support the move to require board of directors for mutual funds 
to be people that have very little to do with the funds themselves, or even 
more to have shareholder representation. I strongly believe there is too 
much conflict of interest in the cushy system in place today, and if recent 
history on corporate governance (or lack thereof) is an indication, it is 
time the mutual fund industry became more accountable as this is where the 
majority of Americans look to invest in.
