As a mutual fund investor I strongly support the proposed changes to 
investment company governance.  I feel that it is likely that the proposed 
changes will slightly improve mutual fund returns, and as the vast majority 
of my retirement funds are invested in mutual funds, a slight improvement 
would make a large difference in my retirement assets.  I hope the proposed 
changes will be implemented as quickly as possible.
