Please pass the following on to commissioners Glassman and Adkins: Stop your whining. Mutual funds have been and still are screwing investors (large and small) every day and in every way. It is time they are punished. It is not important that the punishment does or does nor exactly "fit the crime". Mutual fund managers and boards need to learn if they keep screwing people to their own and/or the fund's administration's benefit; eventually there will be an unpleasant price to pay.
