To Whom It May Concern: I feel very strongly about having independent directors on the Boards of open-ended Mutual Funds. I am really extremely sick and tired of being "ripped off" by the institutions and their personnell that are supposed to be ethically concerned about my welfare -- whether financial or otherwise.
