What a great idea, this Chief Compliant Officer!!!   We could also pass rules
and laws that Convenient Store thieves appoint a Chief Compliant Officer to
determine that only the best stores be robbed.  And, if they are caught robbing
the store we could assign a fine out of the money that was robbed.  

Are you people out of your minds?  The only thing that will stop millionaires
(robber barons) from stealing further, is to understand that they will be
someone cell bitch in jail.  Short of that, they will pay their paltry fines out
of what they steal.  You people have to be in on the take!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to form a company to set up a Mutual Fund, so that I can get my hands
on some of this easy money, with no risk!
