To those it may concern:

The shorting that exists on the pinks is so blatent and obviuos that it is hard to imagine how a regulatory board such as your selves can not and does not do something about it.

As an investor who actively trades on the pinks, I request that your board look into this problem and if you are powerless to stop it, at least require the shorters to go public with their positions. That would maybe give us a fair playing field.

Of course the best solution would be to require good delivery on a stock before anyone, including market makers and broker dealers could trade the stock. Just think of how rare that would be, a real company selling real stock and real buyers buying it or selling it.
