My comments are regarding Shorting on the Pink Sheet and OTC BB exchanges. The naked shorting rules are not being enforced properly. These shorting practises from market makers and off shore entities are destroying start-up companies. New rules for the DTC and brokerage firms will be a start, there are many shareholders being hurt as well as companies. I stand behind the Pink Sheets agressive moves in this matter.
