Gentlemen:
It is time that securities traded on the OTC:BB and Pink Sheets require the same of their Market Makers, in regards to "Shorts" as is required on other exchanges.
otherwise you have created a "safe-haven" for manipulators and seem to indicate that a lack of transparency is approved by the SEC. Please support the rule changes being proposed by Pink Sheets so that we may all have the opportunity to invest in small start up companies without fear that these securities are being manipulated in a manner that is not consistent with SEC policy.
