Subject: Naked Short Selling on OTC Market

September 20, 2005

To whom it may concern,

This email pertains to:
SEC File No. 4-500. Request for Rulemaking Regarding Member Records of "Short" Positions and Reporting and Public Dissemination of Aggregate Positions by Security.

I am an investor of Triangle Media Company (OTC: QBID) and I am very upset in the lack of regulation in this stock's trading. QBID is an outstanding company that has passed several of hurdles, and has given nothing but positive news. I am convinced that it's current price does not represent it's value in the market and that there is illegal activity influencing the price. i.e. naked short selling. It is a time that regulators put an end to this type of activity for the sake of QBID and the integrity of the OTC market.
