dear sir this letter is a request a rule be made in reference to SEC File NO. 4-500 reguarding members records of short positions and reporting them...and public dissemination,,, this is stealing from the investor...market manipulations,,,ghost shares that dont exist....HOW CAN SOMEONE SELL SOMETHING THEY DON'T OWN.... please help only you can make a driffrence thanks mike |
