The lack of SHORT SALE INFORMATION in my securites is totally unacceptable and I as a stockholder demand changes in NASD RULE 3360 IMMEDIATELY .I want these type stocks to be traded in transparent, efficient and strongly regulated OTC markets. If you had your hard earned money invested you would demand the same.
We need you to require NASD BROKER DEALERS to maintain a record of total "SHORT POSITIONS" in all customer and proprietary firm accounts in all publicly traded equity securities as well as REPORT this information to the NASD for public dissemination of the short positions by security. The SEC urgently needs to get their head out of the sand and stop these totally illegal acts and start exposing all this market manipulation and proceute these people to the fullest. Your job at the SEC is to promote fair principles of trade and protect the many hard working investors that depend on you to do your job and protect us from these underhanded market makers.
Sincerely, Larry J. Burge
