Dear SEC,

For many years the market makers have had a free hand to sell nakad short shares on many of the small companies even at time selling so many non-existing shares that the small company has been driven into bank ruptury and I think it is about time that the SEC starts inforcing the law. I understand that you are not interested at all in the small companies , BUT a crime is a crime whether you steal $ 100.00 or one million dollars, so I am writing this e-mail to ask you to start enforcing the law for the little people also.
