Dear Sirs;

I am writing to ask your help in correcting the wide spread fraudulent acts of short selling on the Pink Sheets and the OTCBB. This is such a huge problem not only for legitimate company's but for honest hard working investors alike. Small investors like myself invest their hard earned money in an effort to enhance their retirement funds only to have short sellers devastate the company's worth and wipe out our investment money. The SEC is supposed to protect investors from fraud and abuse in the market place. Why shouldn't the Pink Sheets and the OTCBB have the same protection as the larger markets. It is totally unacceptable that this practice has been allowed to continue for so long while the SEC looks on and does nothing to stop it! You are our only hope in correcting this grave injustice. I urge you to amend Rule 3360 and follow through with the necessary actions to put and end to this fraud!

Thank you for your attention to this matter.
