Washington, D.C. 20549 Dear Mr. Katz: I urge you to support the Rulemaking petition proposed by The Committee of Concerned Shareholders and James McRitchie. This will permit the company owners (shareholders) to install individuals that truely represent their interests. We must eliminate the current system which result in rubber stamp dictatorships. As Enron, Worldcomm, Adelphia, RiteAid, Tyco, Disney, Citicorp, Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and numerous others have clearly exhibited the present system does not work. On behalf of all individual investors please support this change. Sincerely, Ryan Miller _________________________________________________________________ Help STOP SPAM with the new MSN 8 and get 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/junkmail
