I wholeheartedly support any proposed amendments to SEC Rule 14a-(8)(i)(8), which currently excludes proposals related to corporate Board elections, to require that Shareholder nominees for Director positions, who meet the other legal requirements, be required to be included in Coporate proxy materials! Thank you. Erick Tippett
