Subject: Comments on NAqcess

To whom it may concern:
     
The fully-automated NAqcess order system proposed by Nasdaq appears to be a 
good alternative to the existing automated execution system and screen-based 
trade and negotiation system.  If the system works as described, it will create 
a more competitive arena for buying and selling stocks as well as a level 
playing field for investors of all sizes.
