Well done and well thought through. This is a much more logical and complete 
solution than forcing companies to issue 8-Ks for a subset of these transactions. 
 
I look forward to the same common sense being applied to the organization of 
the electronic Form 4 that will be mandatory to file on EDGAR in just over a 
year's time. Hopefully it will be layed out so that the data can be readily 
parsed for quick and inexpensive distribution by third parties. At that point, 
your leveling of the playing field for individuals will be complete.
