re: HR 944 & 945:  We do not feel that either of these bills will in any way 
enhance a corporation's citizenship role in providing contributions to the 
nonprofit sector.  This bill is overly bureaucratic and intrusive on the legal 
responsibilties of corporate management, and will provide no real benefit to 
shareholders.  We, Colonial Downs, have given generously to local charities. 
To list this in our annual report is burdensome, unneccesary and expensive. 
This goes against basic priciples of running a business that dictate 
operations and decisons are the responsibilty of management.
