Dear SEC:

I have long supported efforts to expand shareholder participation in corporate 
board decision making.  Therefore, I support the proposed SEC rule that would 
increase the ability of shareholders to select corporate directors.  I support 
this opening up of the proxy ballot and encourage the SEC to adopt this rule.
