Dear Commissioners:
 
As a shareholder in more than three dozen publicly traded companies, I applaud 
your decision to consider reforming rules that affect my rights, namely the right 
to select the directors of my companies.  It seems only fair --  and right.  In 
the past several years we have seen the abuses that can result when CEO's and 
directors are too closely associated.  The owners, not management, should nominate 
and elect those they wish to serve as their fiduciaries.
