To Whom It May Concern

	I applaud any and all efforts being made by the SEC to review
and amend the current proxy rules. Because of the recent occurrences of
corporate fraud, I am hesitant to invest additional monies in the
market. To that end, I believe that corporate board members and officers
should be more accountable for their actions, whether to the SEC or to
shareholders. In any respect, reform is necessary.
