I am a concerned shareholder.

This review could not have come at a better time when investors are still
wary of poor corporate governance rules.  When the board cannot be counted
on to do its job, it leads to trouble for the company and presents a
risk for the investor.  It's a lose-lose situation.

I would like to thank the SEC for reviewing the proxy rules and their
interpretations regarding procedures for the election of corporate
director.
