I realize it is a change and change is hard, but often it leads to real break throughs beyond most people's expectations. There is such a lack of trust in American companies right now, that not only shareholders, but everyday consumers no longer want to be loyal to specific brands and companies because of the lack of ethics within the management structure of these companies. The end result is people spend their money on goods and services provided by companies based in other countries because they no longer value their relationship with their local companies. This means profits, jobs, innovation and all the benefits associated with strong consumer support leaves our economy and goes somewhere else. It doesn't make sense. Thank you for your consideration of these comments. Mary Tkach Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota
