Dear  Mr. Katz:

I urge you to take steps to ensure that shareholder democracy matters, and 
that minority shareholders need greater powers to appoint directors--to end 
a corporate election process that is operated for and by corporate insiders

The previous operation of elections has hardly been democratic.   It's time 
for significant changes.
