It was brought to my attention and I would like to thank the SEC is reviewing 
the proxy rules which govern the selection of the board of directors for 
corporations. There is a critical lack of concern for the shareholders as 
evidenced by recent events on Wall Street. As a person with a 401k invested 
in mutual funds, I'm very concerned about the fact that those at the top show 
very little regard for anyone but themselves.
