to whom it may concern:

As a retired working american I am hopefull the Sec can do something to help 
safe guard our retireement & make corporations more accountable to their stock 
holders. After forty four and a half years in a factory(Libbey Glass Inc.) I 
feel this required protection is a must in light of scandals at Enron---ect.....
