Dear Secretary Katz:
As stockholder with diverse holdings for more than decades, I must tell you 
that more than ever shareholder democracy matters must be addressed.  We 
shareholders must have the power to appoint directors rather than simply be 
asked to accept a corporate election process structured to benefit and be 
manipulated by corporate insiders.
