The scandals on Wall Street is a very clear indication that shareholders need to have effective imput on CEOs and Directors of companies in which we have invested our money. Thank you for reviewing the proxy rules. Shareholders must be able to count on the SEC to safegaurd our imput. Joyce Schorr
