I read about the TIAA effort to achieve this goal, and I am convinced that it is the owners of the corporations (the stockholders) who should have ultimate control over their own corporation. It is difficult to understand how it could logically be any other way than this. I am a retired college teacher and thus have a clear interest in the outcome. George H.
