S7-10-03From: Chang, Grace [GChang@steptoe.com] Sent: Tuesday, June 10, 2003 4:22 PM To: 'rule-comments@sec.gov' Subject: S7-10-03 Although in principal it would nice if shareholders could have a say in choosing a corporation's board of directors, in fact, whom can we really turn to for fair representation? Who's there to step up to the plate? Whenever I get shareholder voting material in the mail, I don't feel comfortable voting for people I don't have any familiarity with. Shouldn't it be more a question of holding the board of directors accountable for their actions? __________________________ Grace Chang 3113 Juneau Place Baltimore, MD 21214
