I wish to support the SEC's amending its rules to increase shareholders' 
ability to pick corporate directors.  Boards need to be in a position to 
protect the interests of shareholders without undue influence from corporate 
executives to whom they owe their jobs.  Therefore, I support changes to 
the proxy rules and regulations that would give shareholders more of a 
voice in the selection of corporate directors.
