In my corporate law classes, most of the student discussions centered around the need for greater shareholder input. I, as well as the majority of my classmates, would fully support the SEC's amending the proxy rules to give shareholders a stronger voice regarding how directors are selected and the manner in which the companies are managed. Thank you for paying attention to this important issue. I truly hope to see some changes in the future. Sincerely, Dana J. Belding University of Connecticut School of Law
